Located in the Aegean Sea in the Cycladic archipelago, Tinos Island is about 20 minutes from Mykonos and Delos.

An Orthodox sanctuary because of the pilgrimage in August, Tinos has also a Roman Catholic population and they co- exist very well.

Tinos is an authentic, peaceful wild island of many faces.

You can get in your car and discover the many villages nestled in the mountain or scattered along the forgotten creeks.

You can stroll to Pyrgos under the Cyclades' shadows alley and taste the dry fried tomatoes under the old Platano at the village's central place. In Pyrgos, there is an interesting museum dedicated to the marble' s work and extraction which is worldwide known.

Panormos, a natural small fishing port, where you can appreciate your ouzo, relax under the shade and enjoy the stress-free activities and the summertime nonchalance.

Another face of our island is unfolded to the north where a quaint nature awaits you. Volax will astonish you with its gigantic monoliths. On the way, you will take time to discover the famous dovecotes with elaborate patterns, well known in the Cycladic area. Some of these dovecotes are believed to be from the 18 and 19 centuries.

What makes also Tinos so special are the walking paths which follow the Kalderimia, the islanders have been using for centuries and which leads you to breathtaking view.
