The architecture is well designed to have the feet in the ocean, as well as be protected from the wind by a private terrace where you can feel at home. Its setting is like to be on the prow of a boat, at the foot of Kardiani village, up the hill above the beach with a breathtaking view on the sea and Syros island.

You can dive in a cristal-clear water from a pontoon in a sheltered creek or go to the fine sandy beach. Both are five minutes walk.

You can take a nap in a hammock or lie out in a deckchair in front of the Aegean sea, rocked by the gentle sound of the sea.
The apartment has 2double bedrooms, a living room with a Sofa and an American well-equipped kitchen and with air conditioning in the living room, a fan in each bedroom and you have an internet access with wifi.
